The villa was completely renovated at a high level of finishes and luxury equipment. Located in one of the highest and quietest positions of the resort, it offers pleasant panoramic views of the ocean. The large social area (lounge, dining room, and kitchen) has been designed to work in an open plan with the possibility of being able to individualize the different spaces. From this area, you can also access the exterior, a large and pleasant terrace, and the pool terrace, with different areas for rest and enjoyment of outdoor spaces, kitchen with barbeque, toilet, and shower. The Villa has also full security shutters which are all-electric except for two bedrooms. A BBQ kitchen was completely refitted with a large gas-powered BBQ and a large American fridge. There are also electric curtains on all the lounge patio doors. Additionally, there is an electric curtain that can be used to separate the lounge from the dining area. There is a full electric awning for the large terrace area which is also fitted with an automatic device that can be used to close the awning when the wind gets too high and open the awning when the sun is shining. There is an electric shutter for the BBQ kitchen.
