The current project is approved by the Camera to build 55 rooms of 110m2 plus restaurant and meeting room. It should be also possible to extent this project with 35 rooms of 70 m2. The project is approved by the Counsel but the project has to be defined more in details with architects. A rentability study has also to be done. The Counsel could be open to envisage another project if it is linked with the development of the town/region.
